Crate train it. Keep it in the crate when you are sleeping, not home or not able to watch it. Take it out immediately when you take it out of the crate. Take it out 15 minutes after eating. Take it out if you see it starting to go

use crate training. reward puppy after making pee with verbal praise. don't leave the pup for long periods of time. take young puppies out every 2 hours. use a bell at the back door like pavlov too.

When the puppy pees in the house show him or her what they did wrong. by rubbing there nose in it. Then take them out side to show them where to go. Reward them when they do good this shows them what makes you happy with them and they tend to do it. Especially for treats.

When it starts to pee, grab it and take it outside really fast. When it does it's business congratulate it and give it a treat. I used this method and potty trained my Papillon in a day.
